For more than 20 years, Angela Achitei has been the manager of the ADV Romania Foundation, one of the biggest organizations specialized in social economy. She is one of the promoters of the law on social economy in Romania and of social entrepreneurship in the Republic of Moldova, having developed in time in ADV Foundation three social enterprises. She has developed the ADV Academy and 4 social innovation labs in Moldova and in Ukraine in order to support young people in becoming social entrepreneurs. For the past 2 years, ADV has been grants administrator, having contributed to the establishment and financing of 42 social enterprises in Romania.
