Antonella Noya has more than 20 years’ experience at the OECD, where she is Head of the Social Economy and innovation Unit. She designs and coordinates the work on social economy, social entrepreneurship and social innovation, and has authored or co- authored and directed numerous publications in these fields. Antonella is currently coordinating a number of programmes with the European Commission in the field of social entrepreneurship and social economy, including some dedicated ones on social impact measurement for social enterprises and social economy organisations and on legal frameworks for these entities.
Antonella has a background in Political sciences, and a post degree specialisation in legislative drafting and in economics of territorial development and urban planning. She sits on various international and national committees and advisory boards (including the French National Advisory Board on Social Impact Investing, Convergences and INCO-group) and represents the OECD at the United Nations Taskforce on Social and Solidarity Economy and at the European Commission’s Group of Experts on Social Economy and social enterprises (GECES). She speaks Italian, English and French and fair Spanish.
