Jacoline Plomp (Avance) is senior impact expert and partner at Avance Impact – a full service impact consultancy since 2009 specialized in measuring, maximizing and managing impact together with NGO’s, impact investors, governments and (social) enterprises. Jacoline has over 15 years of experience in managing and evaluating impact for companies, charities and impact financers. She is educated as a sociologist and in her career, she has worked for multinationals as well as for the government as evaluator, advisor and as manager/director. Jacoline is specialized in setting up systems that allow organizations to assess and manage their own impact. In recent years she supported a large number of prominent (social) enterprises and civil society organizations in substantiating their impact, among which, Tony Chocolonely, Rabobank Foundation, Province of Brabant, SER and Oranje Fonds. Jacoline is convinced that, to make a real difference, organizations must first start thinking in terms of impact and measuring impact – to make it visible – plays an essential role in this process.
