Jaime Henriques Paiva is an allrounder Sourcing and Procurement executive, working in global companies in Latin America and Europe in the power generation and distribution, telecom, and insurance industries, with a Business Administration degree from the Deutsche Berufsschule am Colegio Humboldt São Paulo and corporate training programs in management and leadership from Duke Corporate Education, Thunderbird School of Global Management, and others.

Currently, he is responsible for Sourcing & Procurement at Zurich Insurance Group in Europe, with teams distributed in eight countries and with a total spend volume of approximately 1.6 billion dollars per year. More recently, Jaime has started a pro-bono engagement with the Sustainable Procurement Pledge (www.spp.earth)* as Co-Chair of the Supplier Diversity and Inclusion Chapter.
