Pat Armstrong is Chief Executive of ACOSVO, the Association of Chief Officers of Scottish Voluntary Organisations in Scotland. Pat has led the organisation since 2003 and has worked in the third sector for over 30 years.

Pat has an MBA from Heriot Watt University and is currently a Doctoral Research Student with Edinburgh Napier University Business School. She holds an OBE for services to voluntary organisations and is also a board member of OSCR (Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator), a board member of the Euclid Network and a fellow of the RSA.
